Canadian-born Pastry Chef and Visual Artist, Liz Stevenson, is best-known for her time at contemporary Anatolian brand, Rüya. She’s worked between Dubai and London with some of the biggest names in business, like Gordon Ramsay, Dominique Ansel, Colin Clague, and Caprice Holdings. As Chief Foodie for The Tasting Class, she oversees product and brand dev for the food consultancy and develops food education programmes. Told you she’s a phenomenon.
