If you haven’t eaten his food, you might have seen his face in your living room. Chef Orfali was the Head of Culinary Content at the Discovery Network’s, FATAFEAT TV, for 9 years. He’s hosted the cooking shows: Matbakhna Al Arabi, Arabic Modern Cuisine, the Hakawi, Fatafeat ICCA Online Academy show, ORF in Singapore and What ORF loves to eat. He was Executive Chef at the Alshaya Group, he’s the co-owner of ORFALI BROS Academy and Restaurant, and he published Aleppian-focused cookbook, “Ana Halabi”.
