If you haven’t eaten his food, you might have seen his face in your living room. Chef Orfali was the Head of Culinary Content at the Discovery Network’s, FATAFEAT TV, for 9 years. He’s hosted the cooking shows: Matbakhna Al Arabi, Arabic Modern Cuisine, the Hakawi, Fatafeat ICCA Online Academy show, ORF in Singapore and What ORF loves to eat. He was Executive Chef at the Alshaya Group, he’s the co-owner of ORFALI BROS Academy and Restaurant, and he published Aleppian-focused cookbook, “Ana Halabi”.

Gotta get that boom, boom, boom!

Ok, picture it. Start with two soft potato rolls. Add perfectly grilled chicken shawarma with rich flavours of garlic, coriander and parsley. Throw on some refreshing coleslaw, made with green apple, Japanese mayo and yuzu puree to give it a little pizazz. Finish it off with dynamite sauce for some heat. Yes, yes, yes.

And we’re answering. Middle Eastern flavours of Aleppo pepper, cumin and garlic will jump at you outta this more than delicious Saj Bread Rolls-Slash-Wrap. Packed with grilled chicken, sumac, and caramelized onion, then topped with yogurt to cool the whole thang down.

Quality, experience and storytelling were always at the heart of what we wanted to achieve with the All Stars and because of this, we are continuously on an evolutionary journey to improve. 

Therefore, we have closed our delivery kitchen for the time being while we work on the next iteration of the All Stars.  We’ve got some exciting announcements to make and can’t wait to show you the 2.0 version!
