Reading Tom’s restaurant experience had us saying “oh, wow!” more times than we want to admit.
From Australia to Singapore, Spain to Oman to Abu Dhabi, Chef Arnel has literally worked at some of the best restaurants in the world, like Vue de Monde and Arzak. He even turned down a position at Heston Blumenthal’s, The Fat Duck, because he wanted to open his own spot instead. In 2013 Tom opened Tom&Serg, his first Dubai café, and 6 restaurants later, it doesn’t seem like he’s quite done yet. Talented, fearless, and a little bit crazy? We love it.
